Each of our white and red wines is made with only one type of grape.
As we have a small stock of wine, we are selling younger wine. It is better to keep them for one or two years in your cellar (especially chardonnay and pinot noir).
The wine of Champlitte is a member of the brand l’IGP Franche-Comté Coteaux de Champlitte.
The Whites
- Auxerrois
- Chardonnay
- Pinot gris
Auxerrois is a rare grape variety raised primarily in the northeast of France. It is very well adapted to a northern climate.
The Reds
- Gamay
- Pinot noir
The Rosé
The rosé is a blend of the gamay and pinot noir.
Special Reserve
- The cuvée des Folains, a sparking wine produced without sulphites.
- The rosé L’atypique, a wine in which every year the quantity of gamay and pinot noir changes; hence, the flavour of this wine transforms from year to year.
